RC1025 Discharge Base

RC1025 Discharge Base is the clear base which is used to produce bright colors on dark garments. Prior to printing, 3-5 % coloring pigments are added to the base.

What Is Discharge Printing?

The Radiant Inks Discharge System is a water-based system when printed on dischargeable garments, produces a very soft print with bright colors. It is very easy to work with on the screen and won’t gel during production.

The discharge process removes the dye from the garment, leaving it with its natural raw color. If any water-based pigments are mixed to the Discharge system, then the color of the garment will be replaced with the color of that pigment.

*Note that the coloring pigments should be suitable for discharge.
