RC1030 Discharge Activator

RC1030 Discharge Activator is the second component of the discharge system which activates the color bleaching of the discharge system. Once mixed, the final product has a pot life of about 24 hours.

What Is Discharge Printing?

The Radiant Inks Discharge System is a water-based system when printed on dischargeable garments, produces a very soft print with bright colors. It is very easy to work with on the screen and won’t gel during production.

The discharge process removes the dye from the garment, leaving it with its natural raw color. If any water-based pigments are mixed to the Discharge system, then the color of the garment will be replaced with the color of that pigment.

*Note that the coloring pigments should be suitable for discharge.
